What does the title, 'Reign of the Reader", mean? Explain. (Student ID)

  4. In Southern China there are many Dong languages;who are used by people;in small cities. For example: the Nushus. They are not allow to their women to read and write in order to control them. Because of these cause their women don't have a good prospective of better life and to have fear living. I think every human been has the write of learn how to read and write at list to be able to make some choice.996462
